Letters to the Editor
The happenings in the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) are painful. Dr. Verghese Kurien, known as India's milkman, took great pains to build a strong apolitical cooperative scheme for the diary products. As one who nourished IRMA for 25 years it is but natural for Dr. Kurien to expect it to be in "safe hands." Instead of settling problems through democratic and amicable means, it is sad that the "fighting" has come out into the open.
