VISAKHAPATNAM: As part of improved services for transportation of perishable consignments from Visakahpatnam to Howrah, the Waltair Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR) introduced a refrigerated parcel, VPR on Sunday. Merchants can load cargo directly into the VPR instead of sending it with ice-packed boxes.
