BANGALORE: Bharti Infotel Ltd., a leading provider of access, long-distance, data and corporate solutions, has launched its services in G.M. Palya, Vimanapura and Kaggadasapura here, besides Saraswathipuram and Kuvempunagar in Mysore. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharti Tele Ventures. As an inaugural offer in these new areas, Airtel Broadband and Telephone Service will offer a 10-gm silver coin on all activations in the first week of the launch. Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services currently has a subscriber base of 1.5 lakh in the State. The Airtel service has also launched a "Service Guarantee" in India. "In the event of the telephone going out of order, the company promises to repair the same within four working hours. The company also promises error-free billing.
