THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Lightning struck a house at Payattuvila, near Vizhinjam, on Sunday evening, claiming two lives. Shylaja, 36, and her son, Abhishek Raj, 8, were those killed. They were brought dead to the Medical College Hospital here.
Two youths held
The city police have arrested two youths on the charge of abetment of suicide in connection with the death of a 26-year-old woman at her house in Vattiyoorkavu on Saturday. The accused were identified as Ratheesh, 26, and Manoj, 24, of Palkulangara.
