Upside down

This refers to the report "Tricolour displayed upside down" (April 17). The special PIA plane was a VVIP flight and was on a goodwill visit. A very large number of persons must have been assigned the task of attending to details. As such, it passes one's comprehension how not even one person noticed the error.
