Provogue files draft prospectus

CHENNAI: Provogue (India), a leading fashion brand, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the capital market with its initial public offering. The company proposes to issue 40.49 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price to be determined through a book-building process.
