TIRUCHI: : The Tiruchi Corporation has set up seven polling booths in ward No. 20 which goes to bypoll tomorrow (April 19). A release from the Corporation Commissioner, Harmander Singh, issued here today said two booths each (for men and women respectively) have been set up in Edatheru Ulaga Meetpar Middle School, Orukattanmalai Varaganeri North Corporation Primary School and Edatheru Adidravida Middle School and one common booth at Varaganeri South Corporation Primary School. The release said the voters should bring any one of the 15 documents EPIC card, passport, PAN card, driving licence, identity card issued by Central and State Government or public sector undertakings, bank or postal passbook, identity card from an educational institution, property document, family card, community certificate issued by revenue department, pension identity card issued by ex-servicemen welfare board, Railway identity card, freedom fighter card, weapon licence and disability certificate. The release warned the people attempting for impersonation and other poll related violations and also try to disrupt peaceful polling with stringent action.
