HCL Info's third interim
HCL Infosystems has reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,011.80 crores for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 against Rs. 1,192.50 crores in the corresponding quarter in the previous year, a growth of 69 per cent. The profit before tax has risen to Rs. 83.10 crores from Rs. 65.60 crores.
The directors have recommended a third interim dividend of 70 per cent on equity share of Rs. 10 each.
They have recommended the sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10 each into five equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
The company has reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 5,586.10 crores during the nine months ended March 31, 2005. The profit before tax was Rs. 220.10 crores.
