Prince of Arcot thanks Centre

CHENNAI:
The Prince of Arcot, Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali, today thanked the External Affairs Ministry for allowing him "to possess a diplomatic passport as a special honour during his foreign travel."
The Dewan to the Prince of Arcot said in a statement here that the historic institution also continued to enjoy certain special privileges, honours and courtesies originally granted to him by the Government of India since more than 125 years.
