BANGALORE: Tuesday was another day of impasse for officials of the Bangalore Development Authority with the Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, saying that the course of action on Arkavathy Layout will be decided after a Cabinet meeting on Saturday. "The Chief Minister has not given us any clear direction. We will have to wait until he tells us what to do," a BDA official said. He said only a few among applicants for sites in the layout have approached the BDA office asking for refund. On Friday, the High Court quashed the land acquisition proceedings for Arkavathy Layout.
