THRISSUR: SAE Technology College and SS Music, a television channel, have announced a competition for animation students, visualisers and fine-arts students. The competition will be held in the categories such as music identities (MIDI) and character design. The entries, in Hindi, Tamil, English, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam, can be submitted as 2D animation, 3D animation or sketches. There will be three prizes in each category. The prize-winning entries will be telecast by SS Music in May. The last date for submitting entries is April 30.
