HYDERABAD: The State Government has been directed by the High Court not to finalise the proposal to declare Tirupati as a Municipal Corporation. Justice Rohini granted the stay order in writ petition filed by Sankar Reddy, Chairperson of the Tirupati Municipality. The petitioner was challenging the two recent GOs issued by the Government in this regard.
