CHITRADURGA: An education festival will be celebrated on May 30 to encourage the involvement of parents and students in educational activities, said L. Rangapaa, Deputy Director of Public Instruction. He told presspersons here on Thursday that an intensive enrolment drive will be conducted in schools. A rally of students seeking admission to 1st, 5th and 8th standards from the village-level to the district-level will be conducted and all arrangements will be made to admit them then and there. Uniforms and books will be given to the admitted students immediately.
