VISAKHAPATNAM: As part of a major expansion, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will introduce its mobile phone service in almost all the mandals in the district by September/October. ``Sanction has already been given for commissioning 34 cell towers -- of which 16 will be located in the rural areas,'' the BSNL Deputy General Manager (planning), G.V. Ramakrishna, told The Hindu on Thursday. Mr. Ramakrishna said they decided to install cell sites at Chintapalli, Paderu, Sabbavaram, Tagarapuvalasa, Borra Caves, Parawada, Sontyam, Atchutapuram, Etikopaka, Tallapalem, Lankelapalem, Makkavanipalem, Kothakota and Rambili. Paderu will get mobile service in two to three months.
