Aarti Drugs issues FCCBs

MUMBAI: Aarti Drugs, the Mumbai based pharma company, has issued and allotted foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) for $12.75 million.

The issue was fully subscribed. The said bonds were issued at Rs.170 which is at 32 per cent premium to the prevailing market price on April 21.
