VISAKHAPATNAM: The city continues to be plagued by problems and the people's representatives just showered promises without keeping them, the CPI (M) city secretary, K. Lokanadham, said. Talking to reporters during the CPI (M) padayatra at Anjaiah Nagar , he said though two Sulabh complexes were built in Relli Veedhi six months ago, they were yet to be opened. At Jalaripeta, the drains were not cleaned for two months leading to mosquito menace.
