India's u-turn on suspending arms supply to Nepal may not be so bad after all. It could prove to be a step towards restoring democracy in the Himalayan Kingdom. The Maoists are disrupting peace in the country. They also have close ties with the naxalites in India. The supply of arms to Nepal will help curb insurgency, which in turn will usher in peace and democracy.
