Shoppers' Stop IPO put on hold

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Tuesday asked Shoppers' Stop to put its Initial Public Offer, which was slated to open tomorrow, on hold until further orders following an order passed by Shillong bench of the Guwahati High Court. SEBI has directed that the issue should be kept on hold until further instructions, says a company release. — PTI
