Water Adalat

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will hold a water adalat on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer at West of Chord Road. Grievances relating to billing, delay in giving water and drainage connections, and conversion from non-domestic to domestic category will be heard at the adalat, a BWSSB statement said here on Tuesday.

Exhibition for artists

Pebeo of France will hold a demonstration of artists' material and a hobby range of colours (textiles, porcelain, ceramic and glass items) at three places in the city: on Wednesday at Alliance Francaise from noon to 4 p.m.; at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Race Course Road, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday; and at Dar es Salaam, Queen's Road, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Presentation skills

The Forum, a non-profit organisation, will conduct a workshop on public speaking and presentation skills on Saturdays and Sundays for four weeks from May 14.

Kannada classes

Kannada Prasaara Parishat will start its next batch of Kannada classes on May 1. It holds classes for those who wish to learn only spoken Kannada and learn the Kannada script.

The classes will be held on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Euphrasia Girls High School, Albert Street, Shoolay Circle (near Brigade Towers), Richmond Town.
