Thomas Varghese, who has been promoted as General Manager, Northern Railway
CHENNAI:
The Chief Operations Manager of the Southern Railway, Thomas Varghese, has been promoted as the General Manager of the Northern Railway at Delhi. He assumed office on Tuesday, according to an official release.
Belonging to the Indian Railway Traffic Service of the 1971 batch, Mr. Varghese had undergone training in England and Japan. He served in various capacities, including as the Chief Marketing and Sales Manager and the Chief Commercial Manager of the Southern Railway.
