Buys stake in Arvind Brands

MUMBAI: As a strategy to tap the fast growing market for branded apparel retailing, Arvind Mills has decided to buy the 53.4 per cent equity holding of ICICI Venture Fund in Arvind Brands for Rs. 106 crores. Arvind Mills already holds 48.5 per cent of the company.
