HT Media files draft prospectus

MUMBAI: HT Media Ltd., which is planning to launch a Mumbai edition of Hindustan Times in mid-2005, filed a draft red herring prospectus for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The offer comprises 46.40 lakh fresh shares and an offer for sale of 23.55 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each by HPC (Mauritius) Ltd. with a green shoe option of 6.96 lakh shares that would be through the book building process.
