CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Secondary Education Department has cleared the backlog of the last three years by providing employment to 101 dependents of deceased officials under its ex-gratia scheme. The Director of Secondary Education, K.K. Khandelwal, said here on Wednesday that these dependents had been appointed as officiating clerks. They include widows, sons and daughters of the deceased officials.
