Varsity seeks class marks from colleges

Bangalore University has asked the principals of its affiliated colleges to send the class/internal assessment marks of the second semester of the first year undergraduate students appearing for the semester examination. The marks should be sent in a floppy/CD/email as per the format used in the first semester examination. The last date for submission of the marks to the office of the registrar (evaluation) is May 3, a release said.

Job-oriented training course

Pulsetone Industries, a Union Government and UGC associated training centre in Rajajinagar, will organise a two-week full-time intensive job-oriented training programme from May 16 in mobile phone software and hardware repairs.

Free hostel accommodation will be provided for outstation students. Students will also be given textbooks, toolkit and software. Minimum qualification is a pass in PU/Diploma. The last date for admissions is May 14. For more details, call Ph: 23120484, a release said.

Training in export trade
