Letters to the Editor
The rape of a minor in Mumbai's busy Marine Drive is shocking. The heinous crime committed by a member of the police force makes it even worse. But it is not correct to blame the entire force. What we can do is concentrate on educating policemen in the lower cadres to make them psychologically and socially sensitive.
