HUBLI: The Mayor of Hubli-Dharwad will be calling a meeting of the all the party leaders of the corporation to decide the next course of action regarding the treatment meted out the doyenne of Hindustani music, Gangubai Hangal, during her felicitation. Mangalagowri Agnihotri, Mayor, announced this after a discussion of more than an hour regarding the incident at in the general body meeting on Thursday. Beginning with Ranga Baddi, Leader of Opposition in the corporation, many councillors deplored the treatment meted out to Ms. Hangal. The meeting decided to call for a separate meeting to decided the future course of action.
