Varun Shipping to go in for SDR
MUMBAI:
Varun Shipping has announced that it will be investing $60-70 million more for further acquisitions in the next six months. These will be funded largely through internal accruals and debt.
The company is also going in for an issue of Singapore Depository Receipts (SDR) which will be used for fleet expansion, said Arun Mehta, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, VSL.
