NALGONDA: The Andhra Pradesh Police Academy organized a seminar on "Inculcating Values in Police'' at the District Police Office here on Thursday. Addressing the policemen, G.P.Rao of the Madurai Kamaraj University said policemen should mentally be prepared to bring in change among themselves to improve their quality of service. The Superintendent of Police, M.M.Bhagwat, advised his men to reach out to people. He said that people would appreciate sincere officers.
