Dalit body formed

HYDERABAD:
Chintala Yadagiri was elected chairman of a unified body of SC and ST welfare organisations, Andhra Pradesh Dalitha Sangala Parishad, formed here on Wednesday. Major SC/ST welfare organisations confederation and Dalit organisations' coordination committee merged at a joint meeting.
The other office-bearers of the parishad are: J. Suryanarayana (vice-chairman), G.Nagaiah (president), E. Bheema Rao (secretary-general), R. Hemadri , N. Radha Krishna (secretaries), Krishna Murthy (assistant treasurer) and Sudarshan (cultural secretary).
