Travel courses by State tourism training centre

HYDERABAD: The Tourism and Hospitality Training Centre of Andhra Pradesh Tourism has announced two job-oriented summer special courses -- a crash course in travel agency management and a certificate course in travel writing and culture reporting.

Both courses are open for those with 10 + 2 qualification and basic communication and language skills. The former includes air ticketing with computer reservation system and on-the-job training, with a duration of six weeks and a course fee of Rs. 5,000.

The latter comprises of practical exercises in writing, publication of souvenir and guest lectures by reputed travel and culture writers and is of three-week duration with a fee of Rs. 2,000.
