According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), N. Shivakumar, the two officers — Sqdn. Leader R.S. Choudhary and Wg. Cdr. The Vimanapura Police on Wednesday had issued notices to Sqdn. Ldr. R.S. Choudhary, Adjutant, Wg. Cdr. V.C.
