BANGALORE: A fire broke out around 1.30 p.m. on Saturday at a tea stall in the city railway station following a gas leak from a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder. The police said the goods at the tea stall on the platform-9 were gutted. Even before a fire tender reached the spot, the railway and the police personnel put out the fire. The Fire Services officials, who inspected the tea stall, opined that the gas had leaked from a defective pipe connecting the cylinder and the stove.
