IDBI net profit doubles

MUMBAI: Industrial Development Bank of India has doubled its net profit to Rs. 307 crores in the six months ended March 31, 2005 from Rs. 149 crores. Aggregate assets as on March 31, 2005 stood at Rs. 81,360 crores against Rs. 63,846 crores as at end September 2004, a rise of 27 per cent, says a release. A dividend of 15 per cent annualised has been recommended by the company.
