TIRUPATI: The CPI(M) will launch a State-wide programme on May 20 to highlight the deficiencies of various cities and towns. According to the party's State secretariat member, Y. Venkateswara Rao, the 15-day campaign would be run in a phased manner during which the activists would hold workshops in their respective towns, collect representations and finally lay siege to the Collectorates or RDO offices on the concluding day, June 5.
