Experts' advice sought on course revamp

TIRUPATI: As part of a plan to restructure the courses at the under-graduate and the post-graduatelevel to help students face effectively the challenges thrown up by globalisation, liberalisation etc, the SV University has embarked upon a "community-university interaction" programme.
The Vice-Chancellor, S. Jayarama Reddy, dashed off letters to experts in different fields such as, industry, finance, consultancy, health care, law, social service etc, requesting them to offer suggestions to help university accomplish the task.
The VC asked the experts to give their suggestions in writing before May 15 so than a comprehensive report can be prepared on their basis.
The report would be placed before the varsity's Board of Studies, Academic Senate and Executive Committee for their nod.
