Letters to the Editor
This refers to the article, `It is not an easy alternative' (May 2). It is true that forming a third front at present is not an easy task. But the Left parties' proposed agenda is not for an immediate setting up of the third front. Will Sharad Pawar, Lalu Prasad or M. Karunanidhi remain loyal to the Congress forever? Will the Trinamool always support the BJP? Can some other party such as the National Congress (Indira) not emerge in the near future to challenge the monopoly of the Congress or the BJP?
