Consumer index static at 525

SHIMLA: The all India consumer price index number for industrial workers (base: 1982=100) remained unchanged at 525 during March, a Labour Bureau release here said. The index had remained unchanged during the same month in 2004. The point-to-point rate of inflation based on CPI (IW) also remained static at 4.17 per cent during the month, it said.
