UDUPI: The former Chief Minister, M. Veerappa Moily, said on Monday that a co-ordination committee would soon be formed to thrash out contentious issues between the Congress and the Janata Dal (Secular) in the State. Mr. Moily told presspersons that he spoke to the Congress President, Sonia Gandhi, on this issue. Such a committee should meet at least once a month. The Common Minimum Programme of the two coalition partners should be publicised and implemented in a transparent manner, he said.
