NEW DELHI: The Delhi Jal Board on Tuesday opened its "Call Centre" for registering of consumers complaints and grievances relating to water supply and sewerage network. Under the new service, a consumer can register his complaint by dialling 1901-180-1916. The complaint will be registered at the call centre and automatically forwarded to the respective zonal control rooms for necessary action. After a complaint is attended, the zonal control room will send back the action taken status to the call centre. A consumer can register complaint relating to non-availability of water, water contamination, requirement of water tanker, leakage, blockage of sewer line and missing manhole covers.
