Bajrang Dal criticises Arjita seva price hike

HYDERABAD: The Bajrang Dal Bhagyanagar Vibhag staged a dhrana in front of the office of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, Himayatnagar, on Wednesday in protest against the steep hike in prices of tickets for `Arjita seva' at Tirumala.

Deploring the decision, the party pramukh, P. Pratap, said the increase would burden devotees.

Urging the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) to withdraw the hike, he warned that otherwise the Bajrang Dal would launch an agitation.
