LONDON: Newcastle ended a run of seven league games without a victory by winning 3-1 at Fulham on Wednesday to move up two places in the Premier League standings and take the pressure off manager Graeme Souness. Darren Ambrose fired Newcastle ahead in the 18th minute after James Milner had headed a cross by Charles N'Zogbia into the midfielder's path. Souness' team then scored twice in three minutes in the middle of the second half through Dutch star Patrick Kluivert and forward partner Shola Ameobi. Canadian striker Tomasz Radzinski replied for the Cottagers four minutes from the end. AP
