Mutt to celebrate Shankar Jayanti

SIRSI: Shankar Jayanti celebrations will be held at Sonda Swarnawalli Mutt, near Sirsi, on May 8, 12, and 13 according to a release. A seminar has been organised on May 8 at Sudharma Hall. The seer of Swarnawalli, Ganga Dharendra Saraswati Swamiji, and Jagadatonandaji of Ramakrishna Ashram, Ponnampet, will participate. On May 12, "Astavadhana" by R. Ganesh will be held. Vedamurthy Venkatramana Bhat Mottegadde, Sant Bhadragiri Achyut Das, and Vishweshwar Hegde Kallakai will be felicitated on May 13.
