JVSL board to consider acquisition of 3 cos.

MUMBAI: Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd (JVSL) is to consider acquisition of Euro Coke & Energy Pvt Ltd and Euro Ikon Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd and JSW Power Ltd. The board would consider the acquisition of the three companies by way of merger based on recommendations of consultants ICICI Securities Ltd and RSM & Co, the company informed the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) here.
