SIVAKASI: After conceding a goal in the 27th minute, Kanyakumari District Football Association, Nagercoil, bounced back to defeat Sivagangai DFA, Karaikudi 5-1 and enter the semifinals of the 30th Vinothkumar Memorial Trophy state-level football tournament here on Thursday.

Sundar scored for Sivagangai. Anis Ternandes (32nd minute), Faizal (42nd), Fredy (44th, 53rd) and Rajkumar (55th) scored for Sivagangai.
