HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has given a stay against the proposed construction of shops, schools, diagnostic and other facilities by the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board in the parking area of its Singapore Class Township in Pocharam. This was after a few allottees filed writ petitions against the constructions and also the proposed lease-cum-sale deed to be signed on making full payments. Meanwhile, the Allottees' Association resolved to meet on Sunday at the Press Club in Basheerbagh to chalk out its next course of action, a press release by its secretary, B.G. Narendra Babu, said.
