NAGERCOIL: Southern Railway, Chennai, lifted the Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Trophy defeating Western Railway, Mumbai, 69-41 in the women's title match in the IOC-sponsored all-India invitation basketball tournament on Sunday.
