CUDDAPAH KARIMNAGARSANGAREDDY: Five persons died and four others sustained injuries in two accidents in Cuddapah district on Sunday. Three persons died when two lorries collided near Chennamukkapalle village in Khajipet mandal. A mango trader, K. Rahmathullah (28) of Atmakur in Kurnool district, and cleaners of a mango-laden lorry and a rice bag-laden lorry -- Gadderanna (21) of Sambavaram in Kurnool district and J. Sambasiva Rao (23) of Amaravathi in Guntur district -- died on the spot.
In another mishap, two labourers were crushed to death when a tractor overturned at Alavalapadu in Vempalle mandal.
KARIMNAGAR:
Four members of a family were killed and five others injured when the jeep in which they were travelling hit a tree on the outskirts of Stambampalli village in Boinpally mandal on Sunday.
They were proceeding to Renikunta temple in Mustabad mandal from Lingampalli village of Gangadhara mandal when the mishap occurred.
CUDDAPAH KARIMNAGARSANGAREDDY:
Three persons died and twelve others sustained injuries near Kandi on the National Highway when a jeep hit a truck on Sunday.
