This Day That Age
Soviet scientists are beaming television signals to the moon and have made regular experimental transmission in colour television during the last six months, Moscow Radio has reported. Soviet scientists are continually trying to reduce production costs and increase the range of visibility. Transmitters are operating in seven cities and more are planned. Scientists believe that space satellites could be used to reflect television signals and enlarge the visibility range.
