Dishman Pharma to issue FCCBs

MUMBAI: Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals will issue unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds up to $50 million with a right to retain oversubscription up to 20 per cent of the issue. The board at its meeting on Sunday also decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting on June 3 for approval by shareholders, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
