KPCL to start new projects

Ameenappa (12), son of Thippanna, drowned in a tank at Thimmapur village in Sindhanoor taluk on Sunday.

Warehouse gutted
Fire was noticed in the warehouse belonging to Jaganmohan around 4 a.m.
On receiving information from the watchman, fire fighters rushed to the spot immediately and put it out. Manjunath Rao, Fire Station Officer, said an electrical short circuit seemed to have caused the fire.
